We have an exciting opportunity with Give To The Max day on November 16, 2011. Give To The Max is a program, funded my several large Minnesota corporations, to help non-profits raise money through charitable contributions. It lets each charity set up a page on the GiveMN website, and it pays for the electronic transactions for donations given on Give To The Max day, and generates a donor listing file that we may use in the future, all at no cost to us.

The MCO will participate for the first time this year, and our goal is to raise $2500 in individual contributions on that day, which will be matched by local businesses. MCO board members have contacted many local businesses and we have already secured $2500 in pledges for the match.
